Connor is a Peterborough native and has been competing in high-level sports from a young age including hockey and soccer. Connor has graduated from the Pre-Service Firefighting program at Fleming College and is now in the Paramedic program. Connor’s passion for CrossFit began when he was 16 years old and was introduced to it by his cousin. Over the years, Connor has worked on his technical proficiency and strength in all areas of gymnastics, weightlifting and metabolic conditioning. Connor is hoping one day in the future to compete at a high-level in CrossFit.
Over the years, Connor has excelled in the sport of weightlifting and has competed in many competitions throughout Ontario and Canada. In 2017, he competed at the Canadian Junior Weightlifting Championships in Broussard Quebec where he finished sixth in the 77kg class.
Connor has a passion for helping people not only with health goals but goals that might come outside of the gym as well.
