How do I get started and what is a No Sweat Intro?

We conduct our No Sweat Intros either over the phone or in person at the gym. You will be speaking with me, Ruth – coach and co-owner of CrossFit PTBO.

I will get to know you – what have you done in the past? What has worked (or not worked) for you in the past? What are your current goals?

We are invested in our members so we take the time to see if what we offer suits your needs.

I will then explain everything you need to know – what our community is like, our programs, scheduling, pricing, and most importantly, what is the best option for you based on your goals.
