Who: Moms/Moms-to-be and baby(ies)
What: Fitness for Moms classes led by Dr. Sarah Wild – Pre/postnatal Sepcialist This is not your typical mommy fitness class. Our focus is on helping you return to exercise safely, respecting the changes your body has been through, and working to rehabilitate the body so that you can get back ot the activities you love to do!
When: Wednesdays @ 10:30am (six week blocks). Next one begins March 1, 2017
