The CrossFit PTBO Weightlifting Club runs three times a week and is a continuous program. Each session runs approximately 60 minutes that focuses on the Snatch, Clean and Jerk, and any other work that is related. For beginners, it is required to complete our Weightlifting Foundations before entering into our program.
The Club is registered with the OWA (Ontario Weightlifting Association). It is not required to have a CrossFit membership in order to be part of the Weightlifting Club.
