CrossFit PTBO coaches are, first and foremost, here for the community. Each coach brings an area of expertise that is unique to them – knowledge of human physiology, emergency response, coaching experience, management, and more. Although we are excellent at what we do, we recognize that there is always room for improvement. Our coaches are always willing to educate themselves and to learn from others. They will bring out the best in CrossFit PTBO’s members and are excited to support and build community.
