Membership Details

  • Prices do not include HST
  • Memberships and packages are non-refundable and not transferable.
  • Monthly memberships are non-contractual.
  • (10) Session Personal Training packages expire within 4 months.
  • (20) Session Personal Training packages expire within 5 months.
  • Cancellations of prebooked sessions (Personal Training Sessions, CrossFit Fundamentals Sessions, and Weightlifting Foundations Sessions) will require 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so will result in charging of the session. To rebook a Fundamentals or Foundations session, it will be a full charge of (1) personal training session to reschedule. This will be required to graduate from those programs.
  • Students receive 5% off unlimited monthly memberships.
  • Member referral: Receive 10% off your next month’s unlimited membership if a friend signs up for CrossFit Fundamentals, Weightlifting Foundations, or an unlimited membership.
  • All billing occurs via direct bank withdrawal from a valid bank account.
  • Memberships automatically renew each month.
  • You will be charged a fee of $15 for declined or insufficient funds (fee subject to change due to processing company)
  • If changes need to be made to your account or to cancel your membership, please email info@crossfitptbo.com at least 7 business days before your membership renewal date.
